HBG decided to diversify into the hospitality in the late 1990’s to develop and own hotels and Resorts in association with leading hotel management chains.

The hospitality business of HBG is presently held under Phoenix Township Ltd. a closely held public company, which is focused on the development of the hotels and resorts business.
